FEE DISPUTE ARBITRATION

If you and your lawyer disagree about the lawyer’s fee, discuss the problem with your attorney. If that does not solve the problem, you may contact the Chattanooga Bar Association for information concerning the Chattanooga Bar Association Fee Dispute Arbitration Committee. The papers that you need in order to begin this process are available below.

Please download the Complaint form and the Client's Consent to Arbitrate form, fill out and mail both to Chattanooga Bar Association, 801 Broad Street, Suite 420, Chattanooga, TN 37402 or email to Lynda Hood at lhood@chattanoogabar.org.

To participate in the Chattanooga Bar Association's free Fee Dispute Service,

• please read the FEE DISPUTE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES;
• fill out names as well as available dates and sign the Client Consent Form;
• fill out the Fee Dispute Complaint Form.
